Hardware Donation
Our Hardware Donation Program works to assist our partners by donating refurbished hardware to housing providers with the goal of replacing obsolete and/or vulnerable systems.

Learning
We offer a set of educational offerings designed to support our partners through their technology endeavors. Our learning offerings include 3 branches: Microsoft Office Productivity, Cyber Security & Privacy. Sessions vary between 60 and 90 minutes depending on topic and are delivered online via Microsoft Teams.

Learning Offerings:
Cyber Security
Cyber Awareness designed to inform and educated individuals across all organizational levels, these sessions provide information on Social Engineering, Phishing, Multi-Factor Authentication, Password Management, and much more. Using past examples and previous experiences (both at work and at home), participants receive a comprehensive overview of how to keep themselves and their organizations safe in an increasingly complex digital world.
Privacy
Delivered by the BC Housing Privacy team, these sessions provide organizations with an essential overview on key Privacy Principles, PIPPA and FIPPA (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act) legislation, the key role of consent in information collection, and how we can protect our organizations and clients from privacy breaches.
Microsoft Office Productivity
With the goal of increasing productivity and familiarity with Microsoft 365 platforms, the BC Housing IMT Technical training team delivers training in Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, OneDrive, and more. Participants in these sessions receive an overview of each of the platforms and how they can be leveraged for better collaboration and improved business processes.

Our Management Consulting services aim to help our partners through IT challenges such as Cloud Implementations, IT Security Assessments, Information Risk Management, and more.
